Notification About NMLS Webinar Policies
-
Enrollment Confirmation: Upon enrolling in a webinar, students will receive an email confirming their enrollment, with details about the course date, time, and login information to the SAFEPath Learning Student Portal.
-
Webinar Attendance and Rescheduling Policies: Five days before the class start date, students will receive an email outlining attendance and rescheduling policies, including rules of conduct.
-

Rules of Conduct (ROC) Policy
-
NMLS Rules of Conduct (ROC) ensure integrity in education delivery. These rules will be available for review and require a signature upon first logging into the course from the Student Portal. Students who do not sign the ROC document before the class start time will not be granted access to the webinar and will need to reschedule.
Webinar Attendance Policy
-
Per NMLS requirements, students must be visible on webcam throughout the webinar. Credit is awarded only if a student attends the full session and complies with all identity verification requirements. This includes displaying a government-issued ID via webcam. Absences or partial attendance require the student to retake the entire course.
Webinar Rescheduling Policy
-
Webinar change requests made three or more business days prior to the webinar start date are free of charge. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
-
A $50 rescheduling fee applies to changes made less than three business days before the start of a Federal CE or PE webinar.
-
A $25 rescheduling fee applies to changes made less than three business days before the start of a State Law CE or PE webinar.

This policy covers the essential aspects of webinar participation, including notification, rules of conduct, attendance requirements, rescheduling, and refunds. Adjust as necessary to align with SAFEPath Learning's specific operational practices and regulatory requirements.
